How Do I Qualify For The Connoisseur Card? Simply spend a minimum of $88 * at any tcc art boutique caffè to be eligible. Request for the application form available in-store and attach the receipt(s) to the completed form before handing it over to our service crew who would assist you in processing your application. *Accumulated receipts allowed

1	What is the Connoisseur Card?
	Connoisseur Card is a loyalty card introduced to reward our regular guests with exclusive privileges and benefits. Members get to enjoy a 15% discount with minimum spending of $20. In addition, members will get to earn 5% of the total amount as tcc dollars whenever they spend above $10, which can subsequently be used to redeem against purchases made at any tcc art boutique caffè.
2	How much does the Connoisseur Card cost?
	Connoisseur Card is not available for purchase. Guests are eligible to apply for the membership when they spend a minimum of $88.00* at any of tcc art boutique caffè. *Accumulated receipts allowed.
3	Where can I apply for the Connoisseur Card?
	Application for the Connoisseur Card can be made at any tcc art boutique caffé. Simply fill in the application form available in-store and attach the receipt(s) to the completed form before handing it over to our service crew who will assist you in processing your application.
4	Can I apply for the Connoisseur Card online?
	No. Applications could only be made in-store.
5	*How long do I* *have to wait for the Connoisseur Card to be ready?*
	Processing of your application will take approximately 3 - 4 weeks. Upon which, your Connoisseur Card will be sent to you by post mail.
6	*Can I collect my Connoisseur Card at any tcc art boutique caffé ?*
	No. Your Connoisseur Card will be sent via post mail. Alternatively if you wish to collect personally, inform our service crew upon application and the Marketing Department will contact you when your Connoisseur Card is ready for collection at our Beach Centre art boutique caffè (15 Beach Road, #01-01/02 Beach Center).
7	*If I am a foreigner, will I be eligible for the Connoisseur Card?*
	Yes. Simply provide us with a local mailing address for the processing of your application.
8	Do I need to pay a membership fee?
	No. Besides the minimum spending of $88.00 to be eligible for the membership, there are no additional charges and fees involved.
9	What is the tcc dollar ( tcc $ )?
	tcc dollar is a rewards program where members are awarded in-house credits, called tcc $ .
10	How does the tcc $ works?
	tcc $ is awarded based on 5% of the bill amount (before taxes and service charge) above $10.00. tcc $ could be accumulated or used to redeem against subsequent purchases made at any tcc boutique caffè.
11	Where can I check my *tcc* $ balance?
	Members could check their tcc $ balance online at www.theconnoisseurconcerto.com by logging into the Members Login section.
12	How long does it take for my tcc $ balance to be updated?
	tcc $ balance are updated through our online system almost immediately after each purchases.
13	How can I earn and redeem the *tcc* $ ?
	Members are awarded tcc $ whenever they spend a minimum of $10 at any of our boutiques. Redemption of the tcc $ could be made on purchases at any tcc art boutique caffè. No minimum spending required.
14	Is there an expiry date for the tcc $ ?
	No. There is no expiry date for the tcc $ unless otherwise stated.
15	Am I able to hold more than One (1) Connoisseur Card?
	No. Each member can only be registered to One (1) Connoisseur Card. Multiple applications from existing members will not be processed.
16	*If I have forgotten to bring my Connoisseur Card, could I produce my Identity Card or ID to be entitled to the discount?*
	No. The Connoisseur Card has to be presented to enjoy the discount and/or the reward/redemption of the tcc dollar.
17	*If I had lost my original receipt(s), however I still have my CREDIT CARDS transaction slip(s). Could I use that for the application?*
	Yes. Besides the official receipts, any proofs of purchases are accepted as well.
18	Where can I use my Connoisseur Card?
	Connoisseur Card privileges and benefits can only be enjoyed at all tcc art boutique caffès currently.
19	*Can I use my Connoisseur Card for take-away orders?*
	Yes. The Connoisseur Card is applicable for both dine-in and take-away orders.
20	*Can I use my Connoisseur Card on Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays?*
	Yes. The Connoisseur Card is valid on Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays.
21	*Besides the 15% discount and the* *tcc* $ *, what other benefits and privileges could I look forward to?*
	As a Connoisseur Card member, you will be treated to special offers and privileges on Art events, exhibitions and performances. And besides that, you could look forward to receiving invitations to exclusive Art openings and events.
22	*Will I be able to use the 15% discount for my corporate function(s)?*
	No. The 15% discount is applicable for á la carte orders (before taxes and service charge) at all tcc art boutique caffès only. In addition, it is also not applicable with any other promotions, discount cards and/or vouchers.
23	*Will I be able to use the 15% discount for purchases of the Einstein T-shirts and/or products at the Raffles Xchange art boutique caffé ?*
	No. The discount is only applicable for our dine-in and take-away food and drinks items.
24	How will I be updated on promotions, arts events and activities?
	Members will be updated on all current privileges and/or promotions through the website and through direct/electronic mailers.
25	What if my Connoisseur Card is damaged, lost or stolen?
	In the event that your Connoisseur Card is damaged, lost or stolen (ie. Cracks by the side, magnetic stripe could not be read properly), do approach our service crew at any of our boutiques for assistance. Alternatively, you may call the Marketing Department at Tel: (65) 6336 5675 during office hours to report the lost or stolen card.
26	If I am still waiting for my Connoisseur Card to be replaced, will I be entitled to earn tcc dollars during this period?
	No. tcc dollars could only be rewarded when members present their new Connoisseur Card upon visit.
27	*What should I do if my temporary card is expiring, and I have not received my Connoisseur Card?*
